Facing a pandemic state, with restrictions on how many people could be inside a store, our challenge was to create strategies that would not only drive more sales but also keep the buying process simple and customer-centric. As such, we started by understanding the database and creating personas on their purchase behavior and also on their demographic information. Then, we had to link that information with business information, as the location of our stores. After that, we had to find alternatives to retail stores and so we created more channels and different buying processes.
